HC electronics offers printed circuit board assembly services using surface mount and through hole assembly methods on the professional level. Since the company specializes on the printed circuit board assembly based on customer's requirements, the technological equipment must satisfy the following requirements:

• assembly of boards with any combination of SMD placement as well as leaded components

• high capacity of SMD and leaded components assembly
• possibility to perform assembly of a single piece of printed circuit board up to large series

• automatic optical inspection

Equipment used by HC electronics for assembly of boards meet the above mentioned requirements. At the present time the company uses two automatic pick and place lines, automatic printer, solder wave with the spray fluxer and two reflow ovens. The capacity of these high-power devices is up to 30,000 SMD components per hour.

Order process in the production is monitored by bar code. This manufacturing statistics system enables an exactly identification of production process and of workers processing the product. These data can be found out also several years back at any moment.
