Basic data necessary for offer processing

To process an exactly assembly offer for you we need these following data:

• partlist (with mention of package type if it isn´t evident from the assembly layout)
• assembly layout
• number of boards produced in one series and number of series estimated for one year
• information of printed circuit board or panelling dimensions and of solder mask application - if some other requirement for finishing works are required - if they are required (than screwing, gluing, hand finishing soldering, pressing, washing and finishing like that)

If you also require the offer processing of components delivery, the partlist should furthermore include:

• component package type
• component value
• required accuracy (for capacitor used material)
• required manufacturer - if decisive
• optional possible substitutes
• other special requirements - if they are

Notice: offer processing of component delivery can last in some case even several days.

If you require the offer processing of printer circuit board manufacturing too, we need furthermore know:

• required PCB material, thickness of substrate and copper too, number of layers
• dimensions of v-scored printed boards and panelling requirements
• milling or slotting requirements
• accuracy class
• testing requirement - if it is
• printed circuit board surfacing requirement
