HC electronics offers printed circuit board assembly services using surface mount and through hole assembly methods on the professional level. Since the company specializes on the printed circuit board assembly based on customer's requirements, the technological equipment must satisfy the following requirements:

  • high quality of boards assembled

  • assembly of boards with any combination of SMD placement as well as leaded components

  • flexibility of production

  • high capacity of SMD and leaded components assembly

  • possibility to perform assembly of a single piece of printed circuit board up to large series

  • quick preparation of production

Equipment used by HC electronics for assembly of boards meet the above mentioned requirements. At the present time the company uses two automatic pick and place lines, automatic printer, solder wave with the spray fluxer and two reflow ovens. The capacity of these high-power devices is up to 16,000 SMD components per hour.

All production facilities are, of course, provided with antistatic protection.
 
2. Comprehensive services
 

Besides the assembly of printed circuit boards (PCB) itself we also offer other services related to the production of electronics components, such as:

  • we will review your design of PCB with respect to the assembly technology free of any charge

  • we will design a PCB for you, if required

  • we will ensure production of the printed circuit board based on documentation provided

  • we will secure components necessary for assembly of your boards

    • standard SMD components are on stock

    • other components may be acquired from our suppliers

  • assembled boards may be cleaned using modern agents for PCB cleaning if required

  • we will ensure standard finishing operations for you (screwing, gluing, etc.)

  • based on an agreement we can prepare and perform functional testing of assembled boards using single-purpose fixtures

  • according to the need we will also prepare the in-circuit testing for you

3. Documentation required for the assembly
 

The precondition of a correct board assembly is a correct documentation. Underneath we are listing documentation necessary for assembly of boards as well as the format which can be used for submission of this documentation.

* Note: Do not forget to attach the list of apertures for Gerber files, if not already included in the file itself.

It is also possible to submit a design of the printed circuit board worked out in the design system CAM350. In this case we are able to prepare all data needed for the assembly ourselves.

The data may be sent via email to info@hcelectronics.cz or sent by mail on the floppy.

Your order processing time may be reduced in case that we receive samples of assembled and unassembled printed circuit board.

In case that the components are mounted on both sides of the board it is advisable (if possible) to provide us with a list of components separately for each side of the board.

For assembly of boards on the pick and place machine it is also desirable to submit a component list including references broken down by the component type.
